Jr. Architect

The Junior Architect will assist in designing, planning, and developing architectural projects from conceptualization to execution. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, technical proficiency in architectural software, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior architects in the preparation of conceptual designs, 2D drawings, 3D models, presentations, and detailed architectural plans.
• Assist in developing layouts, elevations, sections, and working drawings in accordance with project specifications and building codes.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation to support project development and construction progress.
• Prepare material boards, design research, and BOQs where required.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other project consultants to ensure accurate integration of plans.
• Revise drawings and create updates as per feedback from the design team or clients.
• Maintain project documentation, architectural databases, and design libraries.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, sustainable solutions, and new materials.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
• 0–3 years of professional experience in architectural design or internships in an architectural practice.
• Council of Architecture (CoA) registration – preferred (or in progress).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
