Jr. Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
As an Upwork Bidder at Fission Tech, you will actively bid on projects, identify potential clients, and secure contracts. You’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales. This role offers the potential to grow into a full-time position based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on relevant projects and job postings on Upwork.
  • Draft compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Manage communication with potential clients, answering queries and providing relevant information.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand service offerings and align proposals accordingly.
  • Close deals and secure contracts that meet or exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Maintain a database of prospects and client interactions.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and project pricing.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Eagerness to learn about sales processes and techniques.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A positive attitude, high energy, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
