Job Summary:
A leading bicycle chain is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to drive online marketing initiatives, manage paid campaigns, and optimize digital performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and eCommerce product uploads. The role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports.
- Work on SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and rankings.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
- Generate insights from digital marketing data and suggest improvements.
- Prepare reports on ad spend, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
E-Commerce & Content Management:
- Upload and manage product listings on eCommerce platforms.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for better visibility.
- Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives and promotional materials.
Social Media & Branding:
- Assist in social media management, content planning, and engagement strategies.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital campaign management.
- Experience with eCommerce product upload and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or Google Analytics are a plus.
- Experience in eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central is an added advantage.
