Junior Graphic Designer

About the Role-

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, basic understanding of marketing creatives, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing designs across digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities-

Create engaging designs for social media posts, reels, ads, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, and presentations.

Support senior designers in developing brand-specific creatives and layouts.

Understand project requirements, follow brand guidelines, and maintain design consistency.

Assist in creating visual concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and creative iterations.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams for campaign creatives.

Edit and retouch images for social media and marketing use.

Adapt designs for various formats (square, vertical, horizontal).

Work on UI/UX elements (optional but good to have).

Organize and manage design files and version control.

Stay updated with new design trends, tools, and creative ideas.

Required Skills-

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (basic to intermediate).

Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects for reels is a plus.

Strong sense of visual aesthetics, colour theory, typography, and layout.

Ability to follow instructions and deliver designs on time.

Creative mindset with willingness to learn and grow.

Attention to detail and ability to take feedback positively.

Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

1-2 years of experience (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).

Portfolio showcasing previous design work (student work also accepted).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
