Job Overview
The Junior HR Executive supports the Human Resources department in daily operations. This role is designed for individuals looking to build a career in HR by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn the fundamentals of HR management and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare new hire documentation and facilitate onboarding/orientation sessions for new employees.
- HR Administration and Record Keeping:
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS), ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing employment contracts, offer letters, and exit documents.
- Employee Support and Relations:
- Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Payroll and Benefits Support:
- Provide support to the payroll team by compiling data on attendance, leaves, and other variable pay inputs.
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs, such as health insurance and leave tracking.
- Compliance and Development:
- Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in ensuring the company remains compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support the coordination of training and development programs and maintain records of employee training activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR role, internship, or recruitment-focused position.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRMS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
