Jr. UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer who has a strong passion for user-centered design. The ideal candidate will assist in creating intuitive interfaces, improving user journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

Assist in building user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Work closely with the product, development, and marketing teams to understand requirements.

Support the team in maintaining design consistency, UI libraries, and brand guidelines.

Translate complex concepts into clean and intuitive UI designs.

Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.

Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

6 months to 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.

Understanding of user-centered design principles.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

A keen eye for detail, colors, typography, and layout.

Ability to manage time and work on multiple tasks.

Experience in creating design systems.

Understanding of responsive design and design for multiple screen sizes.

Knowledge of motion graphics or micro-interactions.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX work is required.
