We are hiring a detail-oriented Admin Executive to manage day-to-day operations. The role also includes Attendance, Vendor, Calendar management— ideal for someone who enjoys both Admin and accounting precision and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
• Support HR with attendance records, leave tracking, and onboarding paperwork
• Manage sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
• Attention to detail, especially with weights, codes, and documents.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Handle petty cash management, expense tracking and reimbursement settlements.
• Coordinate with accounting team for GST bills, hallmarking details, and statutory documentation.
• Knowledge of Jewellery terminology (gold purity, diamond quality, karigar processes, hallmarking).
• Good communication and coordination skills for customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B. Com or equivalent.

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on office administration experience in an large scale industry.

Retail Exp good to have

Jewellery industry experience good to have.
