Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations.

Record and reconcile daily sales transactions and operational expenses.

Handle supplier invoices, ensuring verification against quotations and alignment with finance policies.

Assist in Bank Reconciliation

Maintains accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
-
Coordinate with internal departments to gather required financial data (if necessary)
-
Support the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and reports.
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
-
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel.

Experience in assisting multiple business accounts or entities.
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
