Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to support our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in Tally/ERP system
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and petty cash
• Handle bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain and organize financial documents and records
• Coordinate with internal departments for budget and expense tracking
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com/M. Com or equivalent)
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (Freshers with internship experience may apply)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
• Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Good to Have:

• Experience in media, events, or agency billing cycles
• Understanding of digital and influencer marketing financials
