Job description:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports
  • Record and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and payments
  • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation
  • Help coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires
  • Manage employee attendance and leave tracking
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related queries and company policies
  • Assist with audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Chief Accountant in financial tasks and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of UAE VAT rules and compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (HR exposure is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Candidates on husband visa are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
