Job description:
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Record and reconcile daily transactions, invoices, and payments
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation
- Help coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires
- Manage employee attendance and leave tracking
- Provide administrative support for HR-related queries and company policies
- Assist with audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements
- Provide day-to-day support to the Chief Accountant in financial tasks and reporting
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT rules and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role (HR exposure is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Candidates on husband visa are preferred
