Junior Admin & Accounts Officer

Job Description – Junior Admin & Accounts Officer

Location: Japan Road, Islamabad

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Approx. 45 hours/week

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting, reporting,

administrative coordination, and payment operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy,

detail-oriented, and capable of independently handling month-end closing, financial reporting, expense tracking,

and office administration tasks.

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain daily records of all income, expenses, receivables, and payments.
  • Prepare month-end closing and reconciliation reports.
  • Generate financial reports including Profit & Loss (P&L;), Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheets, Expense

Reports, and Receivables & Payables Reports.

  • Maintain proper vouchers, invoices, and payment records.
  • Coordinate bank deposits, online transfers, cheque issuance, and vendor payments.
  • Track customer outstanding balances and follow up on recoveries.
  • Maintain supplier payment schedules and expense approvals.
  • Assist management in budgeting and cost monitoring.
  • Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when required.

Administration

  • Maintain company filing systems and records.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and basic documentation.
  • Handle office correspondence, printing, scanning, and document organization.
  • Coordinate utility bills, subscriptions, and office operational expenses.
  • Maintain employee attendance and basic HR/admin records.
  • Support procurement and inventory record management.
  • Assist management in preparing operational and business reports.

Reporting & Management Support

  • Prepare weekly and monthly management summaries.
  • Highlight unusual expenses, cash shortages, delayed payments, or discrepancies.
  • Assist management with operational tracking and business analysis.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred. Minimum 1–3 years of accounting/admin experience.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accuracy and integrity.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in SME operations preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
  • Familiarity with tax documentation and withholding tax records.
  • Experience preparing management reports and dashboards.
  • Ability to improve office systems and processes.
