What we are looking for:

As a Junior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing performance data, forecasting trends, and contributing to pricing strategies using tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Excel. Your work will directly influence our revenue optimization and listing performance.

Key Responsibilities

-Monitor and analyze property performance across short-term rental platforms.

-Support the development and refinement of pricing and occupancy strategies.

-Create weekly/monthly performance reports and dashboards.

-Identify trends in booking behavior, pricing, and market competition.

-Assist in optimizing listing content (titles, descriptions, photos, amenities) to improve visibility and conversion.

Requirements

-Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic charts).

-Basic understanding of data analytics and trend forecasting.

-Familiarity with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar.

-Exposure to or willingness to learn tools like PriceLabs, AirDNA, and channel managers.

-Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

-Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

-Good written and verbal communication skills.

Fresh graduates are preferred.
