Junior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing conceptual design proposals, mood boards, and initial space planning.
• Prepare 2D architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Produce 3D models and basic renderings in SketchUp/3ds Max/Lumion etc. as required.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to incorporate their inputs and avoid clashes.
• Conduct site visits to understand ongoing construction, document progress, and report discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Has to be really passionate about architecture & design
• Experience of at least 1 year. (Talented and passionate fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be detail-oriented having strong attention to details
• Proficient in Architectural Software (AutoCAD/Sketchup/3Ds Max/Lumion etc.)
• Candidates must be Islamabad/Rawalpindi based.
