Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, incorporating client requirements and project objectives.
• Design development from concept design to working drawing incorporating services like MEP structure, etc.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans.
• Technical Documentation & Compliance:
• Produce comprehensive construction documents, including specifications, schedules, and details.
• Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and national building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and submit permit applications.
• Project Coordination & Management:
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Client Interaction:
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations.
• Address client inquiries and provide regular project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 0 to 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD,
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹12,818.73 - ₹37,206.31 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
