• You'll be joining the ranks of our E98 team, which has been delivering exceptional services to 1898 & Co. since 2015.
• You'll report to department & functional managers, and your focus? Supporting various business departments, including Security & Risk Consulting, Technology Consulting, and Utility Consulting. And these projects aren't limited to a local scale; they are positioned globally, reflecting our worldwide impact. You'll be a part of our vibrant E98 Global Practice, a thriving collective of hundreds of professionals
• Fundamental Knowledge of GIS software like ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS online
• Experience in open-source GIS software is a bonus.
• Programming knowledge in languages like python, SQL and Open-source spatial database is a bonus.
• Experience with RDBMS & GIS data management using SDE is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Geoinformatics/Remote sensing/Geography, graduating in 2026 only.
• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade without any active backlog in the qualifying examination
• 0-1 year of work experience in Geographic Information Systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced, pro-active, dynamic, motivated, and creative environment with willingness to acquire new skills/knowledge
• Strong believer in inclusiveness, with keenness to work with a global team
• Ability to work on simultaneous assignments, with excellent organization skills, even in unexpected circumstances
• Strong team player spirit with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and internet applications
• Active listening skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A GIS Analyst might focus on map making, spatial analysis, or software development.
• Primary duties include using mapping software to analyze spatial data and design digital maps.
