JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Associate in the Legal Department will provide legal support across a broad range of matters, including contract review, corporate compliance, legal research, and administrative support. The role is ideal for a recent law graduate or early-career legal professional seeking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate legal environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Contract Management:

Maintain organized records of executed contracts and related documentation.
Legal Research & Advisory Support:

Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations.

Prepare legal summaries, memoranda, and briefing notes for senior lawyers.

Assist in providing legal opinions on various business issues.
Corporate Compliance:

Support compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.

Assist with company filings, licensing renewals, and documentation for regulatory bodies.
Litigation Support:

Coordinate with external counsel for ongoing cases.

Collect and organize relevant case materials, evidence, and correspondence.

Attend labour court hearings with the HR team.
Administrative & Operational Support:

Maintain legal files, templates, and document databases.

Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items for the legal team.

Translate Arabic documents to English or vice versa.

Support in insurance placements for the company.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Law

0–2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or insurance-related roles.

Knowledge of corporate and insurance law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks.

Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases.
