Key Responsibilities
Design & Execution

Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital, print, and social media platforms.

Translate briefs into creative concepts, layouts, and final deliverables.

Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and attention to detail across all materials.

Support senior designers in executing campaigns, branding projects, and UI/UX des

Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with the content, marketing, and technology teams to bring ideas to life.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and design perspectives.

Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your creative skills.
Project Support

Assist in multiple ongoing design projects, ensuring timely and quality output.

Prepare mockups, presentations, and visual assets for client reviews and internal meetings

Manage feedback constructively and make revisions to improve final outputs.
Quality & Standards

Maintain high design standards and attention to detail.

Adhere to established brand systems and design processes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows and documentation.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design thinking in branding, UI/UX, or digital compaigns

Proficiency in design tools

Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and basic user-centered design principles

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s
degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Com
munication, or a related field.

1–3 years of
experience in digital design, branding, or creative agencies

Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and working on multiple design projects.
