Junior Barista

● Must have relevant experience in specialty coffee or more

• Beverage preparation and Quality Control: Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with Ritual operating procedures and standards.
• Product Knowledge: Full knowledge of all bar products, and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
• Customer Satisfaction levels: Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels.
• Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with staffs to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.

Salary: AED1,500 - AED2,000 per month
