
Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

Support gap analysis activities between existing systems/processes and business requirements.

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, workflows, and process documentation.

Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors during project implementation activities.

Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and defect tracking.

Support system enhancement and automation initiatives for operational efficiency.

Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights when required.

Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to understand business needs.

Maintain project documentation and update tracking tools such as JIRA and SharePoint.

Ensure timely communication and follow-up on assigned tasks and project activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT, Operations, or Financial Services are preferred.
Preferred Experience
-
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Exposure to requirement gathering and business process documentation.
-
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, MS Visio, or SQL is an advantage.

Knowledge of Financial Services, Banking, Brokerage, or Capital Markets will be a plus.

Internship or project experience in analytics, systems, or process improvement is beneficial.
