In this role, you’ll work closely with business partners to understand what they’re trying to measure, translate those needs into reports and dashboards, and deliver insights that support growth and operational efficiency. In This Role, You Will

• Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards.
• Track business metrics and highlight meaningful trends.
• Investigate data discrepancies and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs.
• Present findings in a way that is easy to understand.
• Support strategic and operational initiatives with ad hoc analysis.

What Success Looks Like

During your first few months, you’ll become familiar with our data sources, reporting tools, and key performance indicators. As you gain confidence, you’ll take ownership of reports, provide analytical support to business teams, and contribute recommendations backed by data.

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Internship, project, or coursework experience involving data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus.
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
