Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Civil Engineer to support concrete testing and reporting activities in both lab and site environments. The ideal candidate should be willing to handle concrete cubes independently, manage field coordination, and work during occasional night-site visits. Female candidates are welcome, provided they are comfortable performing cube handling and basic physical tasks as required. All project sites are associated with A-grade builders, ensuring a safe and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory and on-site concrete tests such as cube compressive strength tests and mix design verification.
• Verify, analyze, and document testing data with accuracy and consistency.
• Review and compile test reports, highlighting key findings and identifying anomalies.
• Ensure all test processes and reports comply with IS/NABL standards and project-specific quality criteria.
• Coordinate with field teams to validate sample collection, traceability, and required documentation from site to lab.
• Maintain calibration logs and ensure all lab equipment is functioning and updated.
• Provide technical support to senior engineers, assist in investigations, and recommend corrective actions when required.
• Maintain an organized workflow for data management, enabling easy access for internal teams and client audits.
• Participate in occasional night-site visits as required for project needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Freshers welcome; 0–3 years of experience in concrete testing or lab work is an advantage.

Skills:

• Basic understanding of concrete materials and testing procedures.
• Ability to handle concrete cubes and perform physically involved tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work responsibly in both lab and site environments.
