Junior Concept Architect - Residential

With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.

As a Junior Concept Architect reporting into the Lead Concept Architect, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.

Responsibilities include

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop and refine design concepts.
• Conduct research on materials, technologies, and architectural styles.
• Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals for clients.
• Create digital and physical models to visualize design ideas.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and present architectural concepts and designs through detailed 3D models and renderings.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Should have at least 3 year experience in concept design
• Must have Revit BIM experience
