We're Hiring: Junior Content Creator

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for real estate?
Neo Realty Dubai is looking for a Junior Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Company to join our growing team!

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging content across platforms (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts)
• Develop scripts, captions, and blog-style content with strong brand messaging
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to bring listings and campaigns to life
• Assist in basic shooting, editing, and repurposing content for multi-channel use
• Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh content ideas regularly

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of content creation experience in the real estate industry
• Strong portfolio of work (Reels, social media posts, campaigns)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
• Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, etc.)
• A team player who can multitask, meet deadlines, and bring energy to the table
