Junior Data Analyst - Sales Team

Our sales team relies heavily on accurate, timely data to drive commercial strategy and support decision-making. We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our Sales Department by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality datasets that contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external online databases.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to support the sales team’s performance tracking and strategic planning.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, variances, and early insights.
• Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all sources.
• Support the sales team with data extraction, list building, and dashboard updates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field (Fresh graduates with strong skills may also apply).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics/Econometrics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookup functions, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• High attention to detail and ability to work with large or unstructured datasets.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience using online databases, data-extraction tools, or scraping utilities.
