Junior Cabinet Designer / Selections Coordinator

Full-Time | On-Site

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Cabinet Designer / Selections Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn, enjoys working with details, and wants hands-on experience in residential construction and interiors. We are willing to train the right person.

About the Role

In this junior position, you will support the head designer with cabinet layouts, material selections, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with senior designer and operations manager to help bring our clients’ homes to life while learning industry standards, drafting practices, and selection workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cabinet layout drawings and revisions
• Support clients through material and finish selections
• Organize and maintain project selections, samples, and documentation
• Help prepare spec sheets, schedules, and design packages
• Coordinate with vendors on samples, pricing, calculations and lead times
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams
• Learn and use design software (training provided) 20/20

• Strong math skills and spatial understanding

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Basic design knowledge or interest in cabinetry is a plus
• Experience with design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, etc.) is helpful but not required

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
