Core Responsibilities:

• Execute daily campaigns: social media scheduling/ads (LinkedIn, Meta), email nurtures, content posting (blogs/videos/graphics via Canva/Adobe), and basic web updates.
• Perform keyword research, market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and lead gen using Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—targeting real estate pros.
• Support PPC/SEO tasks: ad copy testing, landing page tweaks, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring in GA4/Hotjar.
• Generate reports/dashboards on KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversions); ideate A/B tests and organic tactics like Reddit/Quora for PropTech audiences.
• Rapidly master tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Zapier, CRM); contribute to video editing and market research for funnel improvements.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Digital Media, CS, or related; portfolio/projects showing initiative (e.g., personal blog with traffic, freelance campaigns).
• Tech-savvy with hands-on SEO/PPC/social basics; SQL/Google Sheets for data; fast learner who thrives under pressure.
• Sharp research skills, creative problem-solving, and B2B lead gen experience (internships count); real estate/PropTech passion a must.
