We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in digital marketing, good analytical skills, and a willingness to learn various digital tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Support SEO and SEM efforts to improve website visibility and traffic.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, email newsletters, and websites.
  • Schedule and manage posts across social media channels.
  • Coordinate with designers and content teams to develop marketing assets.

3. Social Media Management

  • Support daily social media activities including posting, responding to comments/messages, and community engagement.
  • Track trends and suggest creative content ideas to increase brand presence.

4. Website & SEO Support

  • Assist in updating website content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Perform basic keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
  • Support link-building and on-page optimization tasks.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze data from Google Analytics, social media insights, and other marketing platforms.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

6. Email Marketing

  • Assist in creating email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Manage subscriber lists and segment audiences.
  • Track email performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and willingness to learn new tools.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
