Junior Engineer

1. Ensure Customer Rejection PPM within the Target
2. Responsible for Customer Quality and Process Quality
3. Monitor monthly PPM, FTT and kaizen
4. Do internal audit and close the observation
5. Good knowledge in PPAP, 8D, QC tools and QC story
6. Implement poka-yoke in the process to eliminate defects
7. Monitoring Quality inspector skill Matrix and focus on development of team
8. Do continuous Quality improvement activities
9. Complete customer PPAP as per timeline
10. Following daily KPI and achieve the target.
11. Meet APQP timeline and address all the failure mode during NPD
12. Achieve zero customer PPM and Maintain zero warranty PPM
13. 100% adherence to Tenneco Quality basic
14. Zero NC in IATF and customer audit
