Key Responsibilities:

1. Quantity Estimation & Take-off

o Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

o Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tendering and execution.

o Verify quantities during site execution and compare with design quantities.

2. Costing & Budgeting

o Support in preparing cost estimates and cost plans.

o Assist in budget preparation and cost control during project execution.

o Maintain cost records and update project cost reports.

3. Billing & Certification

o Prepare and verify contractor/subcontractor bills.

o Assist in measurement verification at site and maintain measurement sheets.

o Support in preparing client bills and related documentation.

4. Tendering & Procurement Support

o Assist in preparing rate analysis and tender documents.

o Support in evaluation of vendor/subcontractor quotations.

5. Site Coordination

o Liaise with site engineers for daily progress and quantity updates.

o Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and work done.

6. Reporting

o Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quantity and cost reports.

o Update BOQ and cost tracking sheets regularly.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of quantity surveying techniques and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and preferably MS Project/Primavera.
  • Knowledge of estimation software is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Quantity Surveying / Estimation / Billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,833.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
