Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will support in developing visual concepts and design assets for digital and print communication, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating digital creatives, including social media posts, web banners, emailers, and advertisements
• Support in designing print collateral such as brochures, posters, and packaging (if required)
• Develop layout compositions, typography, and visual elements as per briefs
• Adapt and resize existing creatives for various platforms and formats
• Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute design requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets while maintaining high quality standards
• Maintain organized project files and follow brand guidelines consistently
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus)
• Basic understanding of design principles including layout, color, and typography
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback positively
• Good communication and time-management skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of UI/UX basics
• Experience with social media creatives or agency workflows
• Portfolio showcasing design skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,319.83 - ₹22,282.38 per month
