Position Overview

We are looking for talented and creative Junior Graphic Designers who can create high-quality visual content for our digital and print platforms. The ideal candidates must be proficient in key design software and capable of converting ideas into compelling designs that align with the organization’s brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics for digital platforms: social media posts, website creatives, newsletters, online campaigns, etc.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, and event collaterals.
• Work with the content, marketing, and events teams to develop visually appealing concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and communication materials.
• Edit and enhance images for campaigns and events.
• Deliver creative outputs on time while managing multiple projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and styles.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (NGO, branding, or social sector experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
