About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end recruitment activities, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and performance management processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced software and technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Handle joining formalities, contracts, and employee files
- Support attendance, leave, and probation tracking processes
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and internal documentation
- Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes
- Coordinate with department heads regarding employee feedback and reviews
- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
- Assist employees with basic HR-related queries and coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant HR experience
- Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with technical hiring is a plus
- Knowledge of performance management/appraisal processes preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with attention to detail

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
