Winklin is looking for a motivated and detail oriented Junior HR & Operation Officer. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want hands on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, and office administration within a fast paced work environment.

Shift: Night Shift – 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM
(Timings may vary based on operational requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Conduct onboarding and joining formalities for new employees
- Handle employee coordination and routine HR matters
- Manage day-to-day office administration and operational activities
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-up across departments
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or a similar role
- Graduate or currently pursuing university studies
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in flexible or night shift schedules
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
