ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring Junior Recruitment Executives for our internal HR team. This is not a "Data Entry" job. You will be trained to become a Headhunter for our US Operations. If you are a Fresh Graduate or looking to switch into HR, this is your launchpad.

THE PACKAGE:

• Fixed Salary: PKR 40,000 – PKR 45,000 (Paid on time).
• Incentives: Performance bonuses for every successful hire.
• Shift: Evening (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM). Beat the Karachi traffic.

THE ROLE (We Will Train You):

• Sourcing: Learn to use LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to find top talent.
• Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to check English fluency and energy.
• Coordination: Manage the interview pipeline for the Operations Manager.
• HR Ops: Assist in onboarding and documentation for new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelors Degree (BBA/MBA preferred) OR equivalent BPO experience.
• English: Excellent Spoken English is Mandatory (You are the first voice they hear).
• Tech: Fast typing and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Vibe: You are energetic, "People-Oriented," and ready to learn.
