Profile Summary:
A highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher with a keen interest in Human Resources. Possesses foundational knowledge of HR practices, recruitment processes, employee engagement, and office administration. Eager to contribute to BeamInnovate’s HR team by supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare initiatives while learning and growing in a dynamic work environment.

  • Online HR Certifications (optional) - e.g., HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, or Payroll Management.

Objective:
To join BeamInnovate as a Junior HR Executive and contribute to creating a supportive and efficient HR environment, while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
