About Us:
We are a growing debt settlement firm, located in West Palm Beach specializing in matters involving merchant cash advance (MCA) clients. We are committed to providing aggressive, client-focused representation to help clients navigate complex debt-settlement issues and negotiate favorable outcomes with lenders and MCA providers.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Junior Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience — ideally with some background in debt settlement, consumer finance, collections defense, or related civil litigation. The successful candidate will work onsite in our West Palm Beach office and handle matters including client intake, drafting demand letters, negotiating with creditors/MCAs, preparing settlement agreements, and supporting senior attorneys in case strategy, filings, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and analyze merchant cash advance debt files and related documentation.
  • Draft legal documents: demand letters, settlement agreements, motions, responses, etc.
  • Negotiate with lenders, debt collectors, or MCA providers to reach favorable settlements.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to explain options, procedures, and potential outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop strategies for debt settlement, defense, and negotiation.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from accredited law school, admitted to practice in Florida and in good standing.
  • 1–3 years of legal practice (ideally in debt settlement, consumer finance, collections defense, civil litigation, or related field).
  • Strong legal writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High professional and ethical standards, client-focused mindset, and attention to detail.

Compensation:
We anticipate offering a competitive first year salary in the range of $72,000 to $84,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications — with potential for bonuses or incentives tied to performance and successful settlements.

What We Offer:

  • A collaborative, mentorship-oriented environment with hands-on experience in debt settlement and MCA cases.
  • Opportunity to build/deepen expertise in consumer finance, debt negotiation, and creditor settlement.
  • Exposure to a variety of cases and client types with meaningful responsibility and growth potential.
  • Office-based role with regular hours and a stable, professional setting.

How to Apply:
Please submit a cover letter, résumé, and a brief writing sample (e.g., demand letter, motion, or client correspondence) to admin@epicdebtsolutions.com with the subject line “Junior Attorney – Debt Settlement (MCA)”. Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
