Here are the highlights of your role:

As a member of our Design Development team, you’ll take the next step on your journey to being an Interior Designer. As part of the Design Development team, you will work closely with award-winning designers to help our customers see their future projects in vivid detail. You’ll assist with pricing, layout, and selections as you generate detailed color renderings for our clients.

Along the way, you’ll also gain the technical know-how and real-world skills you’ll need to be a successful designer. Collaboration with Senior Designers, your fellow Design Development team members, as well as Architects and Project Superintendents from across the company give you a strong foundation from which you can launch your career.

To be successful in this role you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Experience with computer generated rendering software

Salary is $42,000-$48,000 depending on experience, and nearly every member of the team receives bonuses as their rendering work helps a Designer sign a contract.
