Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Support design review and proposal development for H Mart commercial and retail projects
- Prepare and revise interior design packages, construction drawings, and detail drawings
- Assist with material selection, furniture layouts, lighting selection, and FF&E documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and general contractors on assigned tasks
- Maintain and update the internal library of materials, finishes, and vendor catalogs
- Generate high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for internal design presentations
- Monitor project progress and ensure design specifications are being followed during the construction phase
- Organize and track project schedules, deliverables, and FF&E budgets to ensure timely completion
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and design reviews
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- 1 -3 years of related experience in interior design, architecture, retail design, or commercial design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software with basic drafting skills
- Basic understanding of interior construction drawings, including finish plans, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, and finish schedules
- Interior design or architectural portfolio required
- Ability to travel within the United States as needed
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean preferred

Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000
