Junior International Office Recruiter.
This role will focus on supporting our
agent portfolio and
assisting with student recruitment, particularly across
CIS and Russian-speaking markets. It is an excellent opportunity
for alumni who are fluent in
Russian and English and are eager to build a career in international education.
Position Summary The Junior International Office Recruiter will support the university's international
recruitment strategy by managing relationships with education agents and prospective students. This entry-level position is ideal for
individuals looking to develop their professional careers in student recruitment and higher education.
Key
Responsibilities - Support and grow the university's education agent portfolio in CIS and Russian-speaking
regions. - Assist with agent onboarding, training, and ongoing communication.
- Guide students and agents through the
admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment. - Represent the university at recruitment fairs,
exhibitions, and online events. - Collaborate with the International Office, Admissions, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM/agent portals and prepare activity reports.
Qualifications, Experience &
Skills - Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, International Relations, or related field).
- 3-5 years of relevant
experience - Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is required; other languages are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural awareness.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet
deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel
internationally and work flexible hours.
