Junior IT Sales Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious IT Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. The right candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in IT software consulting or a related service industry and a passion for building client relationships. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on lead generation B2B sales and delivering customized IT and software solutions. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored proposals, and working closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify leads through online platforms, databases, and scraping tools
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a strong sales pipeline
• Organize client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities
• Present and promote software solutions that align with client requirements
• Negotiate, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate IT services and solutions
• Collaborate with internal and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT software consulting or a related service-based industry
• Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Proficiency with CRM systems, lead scraping platforms, and outreach tools
• Solid understanding of software implementation cycles and client onboarding
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
