Junior IT Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, printers, and network issues
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, and applications
• Troubleshoot Windows systems, email, and internet connectivity problems
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Support users with system and technical issues
• Assist in CCTV and basic network troubleshooting
• Coordinate with senior IT staff for advanced technical issues
• Perform system updates and antivirus checks

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, and computer hardware
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and email configuration
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Freshers or candidates with 1 year experience can apply

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
