Junior IT Support

We are looking for a motivated IT Support team member to join us. The candidate will provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot systems, and assist in daily IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, and shared resources.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, NVR/DVR/IP Camera systems.
• Configure devices, user accounts, and software.
• Provide remote IT support when required.
• Respond to user queries via phone, chat, email, or ticketing system.
• Assist with user onboarding and IT training.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and deployments.

Requirements

• Age: 18–30 years only.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and email clients.
• Hands-on experience with CCTV monitoring, NVR/DVR systems.
• Familiar with networking, Active Directory, and storage configuration.
• Basic English communication skills (speaking & writing).
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
