We are looking for a motivated IT Support team member to join us. The candidate will provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot systems, and assist in daily IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP, and shared resources.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, NVR/DVR/IP Camera systems.
- Configure devices, user accounts, and software.
- Provide remote IT support when required.
- Respond to user queries via phone, chat, email, or ticketing system.
- Assist with user onboarding and IT training.
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and deployments.
Requirements
- Age: 18–30 years only.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support/helpdesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and email clients.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV monitoring, NVR/DVR systems.
- Familiar with networking, Active Directory, and storage configuration.
- Basic English communication skills (speaking & writing).
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

- Karachi Gulshan-E-Iqbal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
