Junior IT Support / Computer Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Junior IT Support / Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong basic IT skills, good communication abilities, and the willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Requirements

• Aptech Diploma (Completed – mandatory)
• Matric & Intermediate from a recognized English-medium school/college
• Must own a bike for daily commute
• Basic understanding of computers, software installation, and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Punctual, hardworking, and disciplined

Responsibilities

• Basic system troubleshooting (Windows, networking, software)
• Data entry and documentation
• Customer support and coordination
• Assisting senior IT staff in day-to-day tasks
• Visiting client locations when required (using own bike)

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Location: Karachi
• Salary: Based on skills and performance
• Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
