Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing & Communications team.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials (presentations, flyers, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing requests and deliveries.
  • Support social media scheduling, content tracking, and community response under guidance.
  • Maintain brand assets, photo libraries, and marketing databases.
  • Help organize events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Draft and proofread basic communications, announcements, and short content.
  • Track invoices, purchase requests, and documentation related to marketing activities.

Requirements

  • UAE National (family book required).
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms; Canva/Adobe skills are a plus.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
