Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing & Communications team.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials (presentations, flyers, social media posts, newsletters, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for marketing requests and deliveries.
- Support social media scheduling, content tracking, and community response under guidance.
- Maintain brand assets, photo libraries, and marketing databases.
- Help organize events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Draft and proofread basic communications, announcements, and short content.
- Track invoices, purchase requests, and documentation related to marketing activities.
Requirements
- UAE National (family book required).
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).
- Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms; Canva/Adobe skills are a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
