About the Role
Our client (Semi Govt entity) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Marketing Executive to support strategic marketing, outreach, and lead generation efforts for a national initiative focused on R&D infrastructure sharing and scientific collaboration. The role involves driving visibility, onboarding research institutions, and engaging stakeholders across academia, industry, and government.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Outreach
- Design and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and onboard universities, R&D institutions, and relevant councils.
- Engage with decision-makers to promote platform adoption and increase researcher participation.
Industry & Institutional Engagement
- Identify and connect with research institutions, funding agencies, and policy influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Organize events, webinars, and workshops to drive engagement and awareness.
Stakeholder Management
- Foster partnerships with scientific councils, research bodies, and government agencies to build support and advocacy.
Regional Expansion
- Support establishment of satellite centers in key research locations.
- Drive regional engagement through an ambassador program by identifying and onboarding research representatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, outreach, or lead generation—preferably in research, academia, SaaS, or public sector initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and content creation is a plus.
- Ability to engage with policy stakeholders, academic leaders, and institutional heads.
Working Conditions
- Full-time, work-from-office position (based in Bangalore).

Qualifications
