JUNIOR PART-TIME SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT CREATOR

Goose & Co. is looking for a creative, dog-obsessed human to help bring our brand to life online.

We’re a boutique grooming studio in Glen Park, San Francisco focused on calm, elevated, skin-and-coat-focused grooming. Think less chaotic pet store, more Malibu-meets-modern dog spa.

Between the adorable dogs, transformations, behind-the-scenes moments, and the community forming around Goose & Co., we’re realizing it’s time to bring in someone creative to help tell the story online.

THIS ROLE COULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU:

• Love dogs and genuinely enjoy being around them
• Are constantly taking photos/videos on your phone
• Have a great eye for aesthetic, branding, and trends
• Know Instagram + TikTok well
• Can create fun, warm, engaging content
• Understand that candid, authentic content usually performs best
• Are self-motivated, creative, and reliable
• Love small businesses and startup energy

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

We care WAY more about creativity, personality, taste, and creative eye than formal experience.

You do NOT need to be some corporate social media manager with a marketing degree. We’re looking for someone who “gets the vibe,” can capture fun little moments, make playful videos, tell stories, and help Goose & Co. feel alive online.

Honestly, if you naturally make cute reels/TikToks, have good taste, love dogs, and are excited about beautiful small brands, we’d love to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’D DO:

• Capture photo/video content in the shop
• Create Instagram stories, reels, TikToks, and posts
• Film dog transformations, funny moments, behind-the-scenes content, product features, and shop life
• Help show the personality behind the brand
• Occasionally help brainstorm campaigns, events, and community content
• Potentially help with simple Canva graphics

DETAILS:

• Junior part-time role
• 5–15 hours per week to start
• Flexible schedule
• In-person in Glen Park, San Francisco
• 1099 contractor role
• $22–$24/hour depending on experience

BONUS POINTS IF YOU:

• Love boutique brands, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle content
• Have photography or video editing skills
• Have worked with dogs before
• Secretly have 9,000 photos of your own dog on your phone
