Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Manage project documentation, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Identify and escalate issues to senior managers when needed.
  • Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
  • 6months-1 year of project management or coordination experience (internship/academic projects also considered).
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
