Junior Quantity Surveyor - Civil

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor – Civil to join our contracting team. The ideal candidate will assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project cost control for civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
• Support project cost monitoring and budget tracking
• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and site teams
• Assist in evaluating subcontractor quotations and variations
• Prepare measurement sheets and support billing activities
• Maintain project documentation and QS records
• Support senior QS staff in contract administration and final accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech – Civil)
• 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying within contracting companies
• Basic knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Good analytical and communication skills

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
