Job Summary:

The Junior Recruiter will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various positions. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in the full recruitment cycle to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Source and screen CVs to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview status and updates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan recruitment strategies.
  • Perform other HR administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR internships is an advantage.
  • We are looking only from Recruitment Background.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR principles.
