Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications, shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone / video / in-person) and coordinate further interviews.
  • Schedule and manage interview appointments — coordinate between candidates and hiring managers/teams.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / recruitment tracker with accurate candidate data.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, company career page, social media or other recruitment platforms.
  • Assist in onboarding processes for selected candidates — documentation, orientation coordination, follow-ups.
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and employee records management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
